Device randomly goes offline

Hello! I have a flex that I’ve been using for a few months. Most of that time has been fine. In the last few weeks the sensor is randomly going offline. It’s powered on and the lights look good. When this is happening, other devices on my network are fine. The purple air device randomly comes back online without me doing anything. Sometimes it’s offline for a few minutes, sometimes a few hours.

Any idea what’s going on or other ways to troubleshoot?

  1. Plugging the device into a different outlet
  2. Using a different power cable

Intermittent power issues can cause occasional network disconnects similar to what you’ve described.
