Watch Duty app & website shows my sensor as off line at times and complety gone at others and on line every now and them. - but an immediate check on the PA map shows it’s on line - and has been on line for days. WD says they just take the data from PA and ignore my point that PA shows it on line and their’s does not.
I’d like to figure this out; I suspect the problem is with WD but they insist I contact PA, so here I am.
Also is the the only place to get support? Not clear…
