Does anyone know if PurpleAir will do a return shipping label for a defective product. I would be an international customer. I am looking at buying a sensor but won’t if I have to pay to send it back if it is delivered faulty/defective.

If my PurpleAir arrives damaged/faulty, and I live in NSW, Australia , PurpleAir will send me a return shipping label free of charge and then send a new device free of charge?
Is this correct?
