Q. How to Request a Refund

A. To request a refund, notify PurpleAir by emailing billing@purpleair.com within 30 days of the ship date. In your message include the following; (1) order number, (2) Device ID of the sensor(s), and (3) a brief description of why you are requesting a refund.

For returns made within the United States, PurpleAir will provide a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) and a prepaid return shipping label.

For international returns, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. To return your item for a refund, please mail your item to:
