Does PurpleAir accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we do! To place an order using a purchase order (PO), please email billing@purpleair.com to request an invoice. Be sure to include the billing and shipping information, along with details of the items and quantities you wish to order.

Can I send my purchase order number to you?
No, we require the PDF version of the purchase order. Please send the full PO document to Billing+PO@purpleair.com. We cannot process orders based on the PO number alone.
Purchase Order Payment Terms
We offer Net 30 payment terms for educational institutions, government agencies, businesses, and non-profit organizations. Domestic orders will be processed once we receive your purchase order; international orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.
Can I request an invoice or quote for PurpleAir sensors?
- Visit our Air Quality Sensors page and select the sensor you want to order.
- Enter the quantity in the box.
- Click Add to Cart.
- Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your email and shipping details, then click Continue to Shipping.
- Select your preferred shipping method.
- After completing this process, email us at billing@purpleair.com to request a quote, and let us know the email address you put the draft order in.
