PurpleAir offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked return guarantee. If you’re not happy with your product for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund—no hassle, no fuss!

  1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to decide if your PurpleAir product is right for you.
  2. Simple Process: Contact our friendly customer service team to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with all the details you need to send your product back.
  3. Shipping: In most cases, shipping will be free of charge for no-questions-asked returns, but this is at PurpleAir’s sole discretion. We will inform you in advance if any shipping charges will be incurred by you.
  4. Full Refund: Once we receive your returned product, we’ll process your refund promptly.

One-Year Limited Warranty

In addition to our 30-day return guarantee, PurpleAir products are covered by a one-year limited warranty. This warranty ensures that if your product experiences any manufacturing defects within the first year, we’ll troubleshoot, repair, or replace it free of charge.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Hardware malfunctions.
  • Electrical component failures.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse.
  • Issues resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications. Unless otherwise specified, repairs following steps in posts by PurpleAir in the PurpleAir Community constitute authorized repairs and do not affect the warranty.
  • Damage from external factors beyond our control, such as insects or debris getting into laser counters, extreme weather conditions, or improper installation.

How It Works:

  • Warranty Window: One year from the date of purchase.
  • Simple Process: Contact our friendly customer service team. We’ll troubleshoot your problem to determine if a replacement or repair is necessary. We’ll provide you with all the details you need to send your product back for repair or replacement.
  • Shipping: In most cases, shipping will be free of charge for warranty repairs or replacements, but this is at PurpleAir’s sole discretion. We will inform you in advance if any shipping charges will be incurred by you.
  • Evaluation: Once we receive your item back, we will evaluate it to determine if it is covered under the warranty.
    • If the product is determined to be covered under the warranty, one of the following will occur:
      • Replacement: we’ll send you a new or remanufactured product as a replacement.
      • Repair: Your product will be repaired using new or remanufactured components.
    • If the product is determined not to be covered by the warranty, we will contact you for next steps.
