Purple air sensor lost connection

Purple air sensor lost connection to internet and started displaying as hotspot but with no connectivity. After unplugging and plugging back in ,it still won’t let you access intial connection site. Any advice?

Hi @cleanerairPlease, if you are connected to the PurpleAir-**** network but the configuration page does not appear, open a web browser and visit http://192.168.4.1/config. Ensure that you are connected to the PurpleAir-**** network when doing so. The configuration page should appear and allow you to configure your device to the WiFi.
