How long does it typically take to archive data for a sensor that’s being moved? I sent a request to contact@purpleair.com eight days ago and I’ve yet to receive confirmation that it’s archived and I can re-register the sensor in its new location.

Hi @urist, it typically takes up to one business day. I have just checked for an email in our system from your email address, but I can not see one. Can you send me a personal message with the email address you used?
