Hello,
Is there a way to disable one of the two sensors on a unit? Sensor B is solid for me, but sensor A is wonky at times, spiking when it shouldn’t, etc. I would be ok with just sensor B being reported.
Thanks,
Robert

Hi @Robert ,
Yes, sometimes this is done automatically, and the other way is to email contact@purpleair.com for assistance, as only the PurpleAir staff is authorized for this.
Thank you.
I had this problem recently. It was cured by removing the unit and cleaning it with a blast of air (actually, CO2 from my Sodastream. Didn’t want to buy a can of so-called compressed air which contains a fluorocarbon propellant!).
