Custom data processor not receiving data?

A few hours ago I registered my device, and added a custom data processor.

Unfortunately, my data processor is not receiving any data, or even apparently any connection attempts.

Has anyone else encountered this issue before?

i have the same exact problem. my custom data processor does not receive any data from the device.
