PurpleAir PA-I-Indoor sensor can't connect to retrieve data

I have a PurpleAir PA-I-Indoor sensor that I picked up in 2020. Recently I noticed I can no longer connect to it to retrieve data. I had been using http://<ip-address>/json?live=true since I got the device without issue. Now that request times out.

I confirmed that the IP address hasn’t changed and that it’s connected to my wifi. The LEDs do update correctly when the indoor air quality changes, I just can’t connect directly to the device locally anymore.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Were you able to resolve this? I noticed early on that connecting from two different web browsers makes it unresponsive. Restarting the sensor cleared that. Since playing with WIFI settings (and restoring to the origina) I can no longer connect successfully. The sensor continues to report as usual to the server(s) that supply data to the map. Mine is mainly an outdoor sensor but I want to be able to use it occasionally for off-grid indoor AQI reporting.
