Sensor won't register

Hello, I set up a second sensor in my office and it shows as connected to the wifi, but when I got to register it and submit all the info I get a huge string of text as a response. A selection of it below. I don’t get a confirmation email of the registration and the sensor doesn’t show up on the map. I have tried it twice with the same result.

Hi Ross, when you are registering your sensor, are you able to see a map where you can choose its location? And what browser and device are you using when you are attempting to register?
