Sensor is online but wifi config page isn't available

My sensor shows up on the real-time map, and I can see it’s updating there - I lit a match near the sensor and could see the map values jump. However, I can’t access the wifi config page or the local json endpoint - the sensor’s local IP address no longer shows up in the list of connected devices for an app like WiFiman.

Any suggestions as to how to get the local connection working and/or visible?

Hi @jbcooper,

To access the sensor’s IP address, your device will need to be connected to the same WiFi network that the sensor is connected to. We recommend checking that the device you are checking the IP address on is configured to the same network as the sensor.
