I’m a new Flex user who has been running a sensor for about 2 weeks now. I installed an SD card, ensuring its read/write speed and card storage size was compatible with my Flex. The SD card is detected when I boot up the device, but within 24 hours, according to the online map, the SD card is not detected anymore. When I power cycle the device, the card can be detected again. And then the next day it’s showing as not detected.
Any idea what’s going on and how I can troubleshoot this?

We suggest using our Utility’s merge tool on all of the files on the SD cards to see if data was inadvertently recorded even when no SD card was detected.
Additionally, are you using these devices offline or connected to the internet?
