I have a brand new Flex II and a 64GB SD card (formatted as FAT32) and all I get are the blue flashing lights (3 times, pause, three more flashes, etc.). Does anyone have any solutions for this?

I have the same problem. Did you ever find a fix? You got to love their error messages. It says "SD card not detected, but it clearly is because we are getting that error.
I seem to have the same problem. I have tried two different brands of 32 GB SD cards. Is the notification on the website correct?
My Flex now writes to SD. For anyone reading this in the future, I switched to a SanDisk 32 GB SD and it works. The 64 GB reported as Fat32 to my windows OS but PurpleAir recommended using 32 GB.
