I need to unplug my sensor. How do I restart it? Will I need to reconnect it to my internet? Or can I just plug it back in? Thanks for the help.
Simply unplugging the device for 30 seconds and plugging it back in will restart the device. Upon restarting, it will remember the previously connected WiFi network and attempt to reconnect.
If the device is unable to reconnect to the previous WiFi network for 10 minutes, it will start broadcasting the PurpleAir-**** WiFi network to allow for setup.

I had to relocate two of my devices. After unplugging, relocating, and plugging back in I cannot get them back on the map. One of the device’s hotspot won’t even show up on my phone the other does show up and I am able to connect to it and select the network but it’s still grayed out on the map. I have a third that was unplugged and after plugging it back in, it re-connected to the network just fine. I have confirmed that after plugging back in, I can see the red light and the blue light is flashing on both devices in question.
