PA Zen AQI LED’s Randomly Changing Colour

Hi
Does anyone know why my PurpleAir Zen’s LED lights keep randomly flashing different colours. For example, one minute it will be dark green, 2 seconds later it will be red, then yellow and back to dark green a few seconds later. I have noticed that it does not affect the 2 minute average of PM2.5 nor show up on the map graph or API with the real-time averaging period selected. It has only started doing this in the last 3 days that I am aware of.
My outdoor monitor does not detect any high readings when my Zen changes colour.
I have checked the ADC Voltage and there is no evident drops in voltage at the times that the LED colour changes. It usually sits at around 4.10V - 4.25V. The adapter I am using is rated at 5V, 2A.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem, or is my sensor faulty?
My Zen has only been operating since the start of June 2024.

Thank You :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @AirFright

This is not intended LED behavior. If you haven’t already, please reach out to contact@purpleair.com to discuss troubleshooting. It would be appreciated if you could provide a video of the LEDs.
