My green light goes off if I move the sensor

The sensor on my desk has been glowing a bright green since I installed it a few days ago but I just moved it a few inches and the light went out. Everything is still connected and there is power to the unit. Any idea about why this might have happened?

Double-Tap to Change LED Brightness

PurpleAir Touch and Zen sensors can be double-tapped to cycle through different brightness options. The taps have to be spaced out correctly for the mechanism to trigger. If the brightness does not change, try tapping faster or slower.
