Is my sensor dead? Not creating wifi or connecting to PurpleAir tools

I have a Classic sensor that was offline for a while. I have moved to a new home, and trying to set it up again.

It’s not creating a PurpleAir wifi network (the network gear has completely changed) and it does not show up under sensors in the PurpleAir Tools. (I am certain the connector is data because I can connect a MicroBit with it.) I’m on macOS 14.5.

There is a solid red light inside the sensor when I connect power to it.

Is the sensor dead, or is there something else to try?
