hey i am trying to set my flex up but i need the email changed on it, its been a few days still no reply, any idea how to push it along?

Still no response from PurpleAir…
I tried calling also and left a message for them and sent another email. Hopefully they will get back to us.
Support called me back the next day and was able to get me all set up!
