Flex II has bad channel after one month

My flex II, only one month old, is down to one sensor:

I sent an email on monday the 17th to support but haven’t received a reply - trying here to figure how out to get in contact with support.

I get the particle counter is a consumable, but I think dead in a month is more likely a manufacturing defect than wear and tear.

No hitchhikers in mine, but PurpleAir did take care of me and made things right!

Likewise here - but I expect future inhabitation may be likely. I think people are wondering if some sort of screening could be used that would not affect the readings (or not much anyway).
