The latest firmware was on April 23rd 2022. On May 8th 2022 my voc flatlined at 25. Ive contacted PurpleAir numerous times and was finally sent a link to reconfigure the device. However i still can NOT get it to reconfigure. Is anyone help?

Hi @Abby, we have sent you an email regarding this issue. If the readings are still stuck at 25, then a firmware update will fix the problem. Simply send us a reply and we’d be happy to assist.
