"Get Data" Button not working for Data Download Tool

Hello,

I am trying to pull PM2.5 data from three different sensors for about an approximately month long period in 2024. However, when I press the “Get Data” button in the Data Download Tool, nothing happens. I don’t get any error message, but no download is initiated. All fields except for Sensor Read Keys are filled out. I’ve tried modifying my request so I’m just pulling from one sensor, pulling for a different time range, different average, different fields, all with the same lack of response from the “Get Data” button.

I generated a read API code about 24 hours ago; is it possible that it’s not active yet? My points balance says “Loading…” even after waiting for quite a while though there are points on my account. I wasn’t able to specifically assign points to a project per the API keys guide, but there doesn’t seem to be that option anywhere on the developer portal?

I am on version 1.3.5 and I tried deleting the data download tool and reinstalling it with no success.

Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @daim

API keys should be active as soon as you create them. I just took a look at your API account and everything looks fine! Did you choose a location to save the data to using the “select directory” button right above the “get data” button? It is quite easy to miss.
