I am trying to download data from three sensors using the data download tool on MacOS. I have a read and write API key which I have entered into the tool, and I have no invalid inputs in the download tab when I attempt to download data. I have provided a screenshot of my inputs below.
I do not receive a points balance at the bottom of the download tool (it just hangs and says “Loading…”, and it does not show points remaining either. I did select a directory for the data to be downloaded into.
When I press “Get Data”, nothing happens. In the “Download Progress” tab, it shows “No requests are currently being made”.
Any help is appreciated. I have looked for similar issues around the community forum but have not seen anything similar that’s been answered. Thank you!
This issue is still occurring. I am on Version 1.3.5 (20250120.191523). I did send an email to support as well, and Andrew (+ other technicians) are looking into it.

I am trying to download historical data from a PurpleAir sensor using the PurpleAir Data Download Tool, but the download appears to get stuck on the “Download Progress” screen.
I saw that this issue has been reported. Has this problem been resolved? Thank you!
