Cannot download any data from the download tool

Hi, I am unable to download the data from my air sensor. Could you kindly let me know any solutions for this?

Hi @vShekar, I just attempted to download data and was able to do so successfully. What is happening when you try to download data? Are you getting any errors?

I am also having problem downloading data. The excel file created does not have any data, only the fields names
