Do I have to share information with the public network

I want to monitor indoor and outdoor air quality for one of the office buildings I perform HVAC maintenance on. I am trying to quantify the filter bank efficiency on my air handling unit. I don’t mind sharing the outside AQI results with the community but there are some security concerns sharing the inside results.

Is it possible to restrict who can see the information from that sensor?
