I created an account in late September, 2020 and used it fairly often for a few months and then not so often. When I tried to log in today, your website has “no record” of my email address. If you’re going to cut people off, it would be much kinder to let us know first. (Smoke coming out of ears).
Hi @Dave_Hart, we have not deleted any accounts. Where are you trying to log in? The login on the PurpleAir map is separate from the login on the PurpleAir community forums. Even if you have used the map previously, you will need to create a new account to use the community forums.
