VOC Suggestion

Hi All
I have a suggestion about the VOC readings.

  1. Perhaps training the sensor to detect different gases such as Formaldehyde (HCHO), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Ozone (O3), Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC) & Volatile Sulphuric Compounds (VSC). I read on the BME688 datasheet, that the BME can be trained to detect up to 10 different gases.

  2. Maybe also add a CO2 sensor. I have seen other posts about this, but thought I would still put it on here.

  3. Perhaps include a way to convert the BME output values into ug/m3 or PPM/PPB. The current data output system is quite confusing & difficult to interpret.

  4. Also, a recalibration feature for the BME’s Gas readings would be helpful to ensure that the data is reliable and when the data starts to drift, the monitor can be recalibrated (like the Temtop M2000 2nd, that I own as well).

Thank You
