Those readings are vey peculiar, even with the sudden drop aside, 10-minute averages don’t often look that erratic. It’s possible that there was a bug or some type of debris inside the laser counters, although it would have to be in both, causing the erratic readings. Have you tried sensor maintenance? I’d suggest doing so and seeing if the readings change.
