Hi, well, I think after about 5 years, my PA finally is not working. I see someone else with a bad detector. In my case, I don’t know why it doesn’t work. It could be bugs (insects or spiders)? A tiny creature did fall out. But in the process of unplugging the USB and trying to plug it back in, the USB connector’s glue came undone and now it is somewhere behind (above) the actual sensor. I can’t find it and am a bit afraid to fish around. Can I take the whole thing apart? How?
Thanks
Regards,

Hi @rclevy, you can take the device apart. There are videos at the bottom of our Sensor Maintenance article that may help you do so. The article itself will also explain more about maintenance and what you can do to get your sensor up and running again.
