Hadn’t checked in a while and when I looked on the map and saw nothing came to discover the sensor had come apart from the adapter. Not sure how long but reattaching it hasn’t helped yet.
ALSO, my email address wasn’t recognized as registered when I attempted contact so do I restart setup now?
