Reboot loop, utility tool shows crash every ~30s

Started noticing that my AQI data was not populating on my dashboard and after some wifi troubleshooting and what not, discovered that the PA II FLEX sensor is stuck in a boot loop of some sort … grabbed the utility and connected via serial, got the following. Not sure if this is related to firmware or if power fluctuations we had on our grid the other day triggered this. I’ll see if I can sort out when it started from the data …

So, I’m no longer having this problem, but I’m not really at all sure why … tl;dr, I used the utility to install a couple earlier versions of fw, used Erase ALL Memory, toggled wifi settings on my eero network back and forth (wpa3), disabled/re-enabled weewx polling of the local /json endpoint to collect data, and in the end … everything’s working again, but, as near as I can tell, everything is back to what it was while the issue was happening.

Yeah - I read all that before Thanks for taking the time to respond, though. My eero network already runs on a different IP subnet than the default. The PurpleAir device had been running fine on this network for many months as well … and is again now. Still haven’t actually sorted what the root cause was, but here we are

Examining your sensor’s data on our end shows that your sensor had low uptime for quite some time. You can see this by setting the map’s data layer to “Sensor Uptime” and increasing the averaging period to show more data on the map graph.

This could have been caused by frequent network interruptions or power issues. However, since the serial output showed a reboot soon after powering on, power issues are the likely cause. If the same power cable is being used to power your sensor, then I suspect that reflashing firmware is what may have resolved the problem.
