My sensor isn't updating on map, but data works when you click in

I have a sensor that is stuck on “2” on the Map, but when you click on it, you can see that the number is air quality is not 2. It does seem to be updating data live. How can I get the sensor data on the map to update properly?

For the record, this is sensor: 60817

I am having the same issue. Haven’t been able to find a way to fix it. Any assistance would be greatly apprectiated.

I would recommend viewing our Sensor Maintenance article. That article will explain cleaning the sensor and laser counter replacement.

I had the same problem and mine was stuck on zero. I vacuumed it out and also set the Base Map Type to “Auto”. I actually changed the Base Map Type a couple of times and that seemed to fix the issue.
