Monitor in Guatemala Not Storing Data

Hello,

I work with a community-based organization in Guatemala and left a monitor with them (PurpleAir Classic Air Quality Monitor × 1, PurpleAir Classic Air Quality Monitor / PA-II-SD). They have been using it successfully to monitor air quality in homes after installing high-efficiency wood-burning stoves. However, recently, they told me that, while the SD card is not full, it does not store the data in the memory. They said that the monitor turns on but does not work to save the data.

I am looking for a troubleshooting guide to help with this from a distance (I am in Pennsylvania), but cannot locate suggestions for this specific problem.
