I received a refurb replacement sensor to replace a defective one. It still holds data that is not mine and I need to clear it. Any ideas on how to go about that?
Hi @Tracy_Northup, I believe we resolved this over an email. However, so other users can know, PurpleAir sensors are tested in a smoke chamber in our facility before they are sent out. The data you see when you receive your sensor is from this test and can be dismissed. Over time, they will no longer be visible.
