Brand new Purple air wont boot up?

Hey, today I received the purple air flex and managed to power it up and register it online.

It sent results back to the map etc… after about 30 mins I went to move it outside and unplugged it. When I plugged it back in, the only led that lights up is red. I brought it back inside and its still the same, only the red LED illuminates.

I have tried several different cables and power supplies.

What does the red LED mean?

That stinks. I’d unplug it for the night and try again in the morning. I just set my new zen up today and it did a lot of blinking for 2 min but never red. I think there’s a fault but nothing you can do now anyway. I’d contact purple air tomorrow.
