There isn’t a number in the gray circle on the map. I have checked my PA-II-ZEN sensor, which is responding with a bright green light.

Glad to have you in the community! This gray circle without a number can be present when your sensor is offline. I’ve taken a look at your sensor, and I can see that while it was offline at the time of this post, it’s online and showing up on the map right now.
