Hello, we have recently relocated to Guatemala and brought a PurpleAir Zen with us. I have followed the steps for connecting to WiFi carefully, and I get successfully to the page where you select the wifi network and enter the password. When I press ‘Save’ it says ‘connecting to network’ and then infinitely stalls until I get a timeout message, about 10 minutes later.
Any advice? Is there any chance this is due to differences in wifi protocols in Guatemala?
