Hello PA Community,
I am interested in getting a PA-II to monitor particulate levels in my wood shop. Because of the niche situation I don’t think the data would be helpful to the network, and so I would plan to operate the sensor in indoor / private mode.
Since I mainly want to monitor air quality when I am in the shop, I am wondering if turning off the sensor when I am not in the shop could prolong the life of the sensor. I’m also wondering if doing so could have any unintended adverse affects on the sensors measurements after being turned back on.
