My sensor seems to be at least 2-3 C cooler than actual outside air temperature. Can this be fixed somehow? Thank you.

This is a known issue. The temp/hum sensors are affected by heat from the sensor’s electronics. Corrections for the temp/humidity sensor are discussed in the last paragraph of this article:
