Sensor does not show on app, but is on website

Hi,

I can see my sensor on the website, but not on the phone app. Any thoughts on this?

Which phone app? PurpleAIr doesn’t publish their own app (unless that changed in the last couple of days).

I pulled it off of Google Play store last night… I believe it’s legit

Sorry, it wasn’t off their app… it was from the Purple Air site when I was trying to re-connect my monitor.
