Sensor appearing on map?

I just re-registered my sensor. How long does it take to appear on the real-time map?

I see that we’ve addressed your issue internally, but I’ll provide some details here for anyone else viewing this thread who may be experiencing the same issue.

Your updated registration details will typically be reflected within seconds, but it can take up to a minute. You also may need to refresh the map. If you still aren’t seeing your sensor, it may not be visible due to your map settings. Please ensure that you’re not filtering out your sensor’s visibility with the settings we detail here for indoor/outdoor and offline sensors.

If you do see your sensor but it’s offline unexpectedly, I recommend looking through our WiFi troubleshooting guide to get it back online. If you hit a snag, feel free to reach out at contact@purpleair.com.

Additionally, we do have a process that we follow when sensors are being relocated. If this is the case for your sensor, we ask that you let us know through email.
