Dropped support calls

Calls into the support line are being met with a long delay/nice music, punctuated with a hang up after a few minutes :wink:

Hi @Robert, we have had some issues with the phones recently, but you can now call back again now and have a representative answer.

I can confirm this is how the “support” line is behaving. Long delay/nice music, punctuated with a hang up after a few minutes.

I agree when is the best time to call?

This is happening again today. Also, I have submitted inquiries via contact@purpleair.com and only get the automated “We received your email request! Someone from our team will get back to you” auto reply. My first request was sent on 9/28/2022 and another today 10/10/2022. Does anyone know a better way to get in contact with Purple Air?
