I have two PurpleAir Flex sensors placed side by side.
One is giving me 100% confidence score while the other is giving only 49% confidence score. I have reset the networks and restarted everything and even changed the location where I am testing them. I suspect that one of them is faulty.

Hi @arsvelasco
A 49% confidence score does indicate that some sort of issue is occurring. This could be something as simple as debris inside the device. Generally, sensor maintenance is a good place to start. Additionally, what is the name of your sensor?
Hi there, I have a PA-II SD sensor where the sensor confidence is reading around 67%. It seems that laser counter A is following similar trends to B but at a lower AQI. I have 6 sensors running in total that are all reading around the same values except for this one. I have attached what I see on the map for reference. Doesn’t look like a downgrade issue but would like to know next steps. Should I look into getting a laser counter replacement? Would like to know if there is anything I can do first before replacing. Thank you!
Hi @Alyssa_Knaus
I’ve pulled up that sensor and I agree with what you’ve stated. Replacement of the laser counters would fix the issue. But I would recommend you try sensor maintenance first to see if it helps.
