Hello, I have several sensors in our program which I cannot see or download data from, I tried to re-register to see my sensors but that did not work. I also cannot see any sensors on the map anywhere. Is it my computer link or a glitch somewhere?

Yes, it sounds like something is happening on your computer’s side that’s causing the issue. I can confirm that it is not a larger map issue.
On the map, if you open the configuration portal, are “Show outside” and “show inside” checked?
