Unable to Purchase Developer API Points - console error "Payment data cannot be validated with security hash key"

Hi -
I cannot make a successful transaction after using multiple credit cards. I am confident it isn’t my card, as I can purchase it from other sites. It seems to stop before the transaction is attempted.

After I inspected the post request, it looks like it’s not attempting the payment and just returning a 400 error - “Payment data cannot be validated with security hash key.”

Please advise.

Hi @Airjustinfo. We recently saw your email about this issue and responded. A new update was recently deployed for the develop site. It’s possible that this could be related, and we’ll investigate to see if this is the case.

Edit: We’ve resolved the problem and payments should now go through without issue.
