I have installed purple air PA-II device and had tried number of times to download the data but all the times it is giving the error code (402), and the request is aborted, can someone help me how to fix this issue.

You’re receiving this error because when this was posted, API keys drew points directly from Projects and did not interact with Organizations. As of today, we have switched to a new developer dashboard. Now, points are drawn directly from Organizations. You should not continue to run into this issue.

My apologies, you were receiving this error because of a feature in our old dashboard. With the current dashboard, you should not run into this error unless you run out of points.
