Train emissions, live near rails

Hello,
We purchased purple air flex II as we were curious, and even concerned, of how the trains emissions affect local air quality. Looked for studies on emission modelling but could not find much.
Anyway we’re interested in thoughts and observations from others living near rails.
From what I could see this far, seems CPKC affects the pm2.5 count, particularly in low wind condition, even doubling it.. wonder if summer heat, humidity and low winds will concentrate CPKCs emissions into poor air quality. Has anyone living near rails experienced or noticed similar conditions? We are just under 300m from CPKC rails.
Thanks
