Can someone provide a dataset for regions in California that have had the highest concentrations of toxic gasses such as: NO2, CO, SO2 for the past decade?

I found CARB’s AQMIS tool for viewing & downloading data on various pollutants.
If that isn’t useful to you, contact CARB or the air quality management agencies for the various parts of California (i.e., SCAQMD). They should be able to get you whatever information you need.
