Particle counts are too low

Hello.

I’m currently experiencing an issue with two of our PurpleAir Flex sensors. Due to wifi issues at our school we are using a SD card to save our data. I have place them in two general chemistry laboratories and it is showing that the air is clean after calculating the following equation: PM2.5_ALT = 3.4 × (0.00030418·N1 + 0.0018512·N2 + 0.02069706·N3). I have included a screenshot of my csv for one of the sensor. Any guidance would be appreciated to troubleshoot this issue.

What result were you expecting?

Indoor air is going to be clear of PM2.5 unless there is some source of particulate pollution indoors (smoking, open fire, etc.) or unfiltered outside air (with a substantial PM2.5 concentration) is getting inside.
